This summer the same menu rides across Düsseldorf: Unterbilk, then Oberkassel, then Pempelfort. The plate stays, the place changes — and with it, who stands beside us in the kitchen and behind the bar.
Three formats, one menu, three places, three neighbourhoods.
At Ela we take over the kitchen during the summer break, while the drinks stay in the hands of Ela's own team. At Greentrees we take over the whole place — Tarek in the kitchen, Majd behind the bar. At Rheinton Weinbar the menu is written together, with sommelier Binali pairing the wines.
